OUR WORKSHOPS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Registration Cost: The registration cost for all our workshops covers the materials and supplies needed for each session. You won't need to bring anything else to the workshop at our studio – we've got you covered!
Cancellation Policy - No Refunds, but Transfer Option Available: We understand that sometimes plans change. If you find yourself unable to attend an in-person workshop, we ask that you notify us at least 3 days in advance of your scheduled workshop date. By doing so, you will receive credit that can be redeemed for a future workshop. To request a transfer, simply email us at shop@piantedesign.com. Once we receive your request, we will promptly send you a confirmation email. Please keep in mind that the credit for a future workshop must be redeemed within 1 month of your originally scheduled workshop date.
Regrettably, if you cancel or don't attend a workshop and give less than 3 days notice, we will not be able to issue any credit.
It's important to note that we do not offer refunds for any of our workshops.

Join us at our Candle Bar for a candle pouring session! Immerse yourself in the art of candle making and scent creation as you spend 45 minutes indulging your creative side. With a wide variety of vessel choices available, you can select the perfect one to match your personal style or gift it to a loved one. The candles we create are crafted with care, using premium coconut apricot wax that guarantees a smooth and long-lasting burn. Each candle will weigh a generous 6oz, ensuring hours of soothing, fragrant ambiance.
Once you've poured your masterpiece, the candle will need approximately 1 hour to fully set. You can either pick it up later in the day, or schedule a convenient day to swing by our shop and collect your creation. However, please note that our Candle Bar is not suitable for those who are sensitive to scents.

In our studio, in addition to our regular scheduled workshops, we also provide private events for groups of 6-14 people. These private events allow you to have a creative experience to celebrate a special event or to simply enjoy a fun night out with a group of people.
